Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale, aligned with AFC BAND 2 £23,362 - £25,368 per annum + Enhancement
Hours: Various - Full time, Part time, As & When

This is an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team and help deliver care and support to people with a life-limiting illness, providing vital emotional support to their families. We adopt a one-to-one approach to care, ensuring meaningful contact with patients and their families, typically in their own homes.

What we are looking for:
* Relevant community experience.
* Access to NHS Pension Scheme (subject to eligibility).
* S/NVQ Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent (desirable).
* Emotional strength and ability to work independently, with ongoing training and support provided.
Experience with End of Life care is preferred. You should be capable of working autonomously, following established care plans, and performing duties such as assisting with hygiene, monitoring symptoms, medication support, and providing emotional support to patients and families.
