About the role
As a key player in our team, you’ll help drive customer registrations at our clinics and boost membership for our Pet Health Plans. You’ll collaborate with our media agency and internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns and innovative test-and-learn initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
Manage performance across channels, ensuring spend aligns with budgets and KPIs.
Report on performance, trends, and insights to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Refresh creative and ad copy to boost engagement and results.
Conduct audits and implement key recommendations.
Troubleshoot technical issues with support teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
Up to 2 years’ experience in media executive roles, ideally in a B2C setting.
Familiarity with paid and organic channels and tools like Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics.
Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Creative mindset with a flair for design and storytelling.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Data-savvy with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
Experience in subscription-based marketing.
Knowledge of Organic Social and SEO optimisation.
