Fram is working with a growing independent financial planning firm who are looking to engage with a Financial Planner to take responsibility for an established portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Many of the clients are HNW, and the firm benefits from a strong referral network and consistent inflows, meaning there is no expectation to bring an existing client base. The role involves delivering holistic financial planning and investment advice, supported by dedicated paraplanners and administrators on a 1:2 basis. Advisers are able to work with a meaningful degree of autonomy while tailoring solutions across investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning. The environment is professional and collaborative, with an emphasis on long-term relationships and high-quality advice. This may appeal to someone who is close to achieving Chartered status (not essential) and who enjoys working with engaged clients in a well-supported setting. Experience advising high net worth individuals is helpful, although a thoughtful approach and commitment to ethical and compliant advice are of equal importance. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
