Interim Manager - LD
6 month FTC - £350/day

We are privileged to be representing a well-known care provider who are looking for an Interim Manager to support one of their small complex LD services in Yorkshire.
The role will include:
* Facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring that they respond to the changing needs of purchasers and patients, and also reflect market trends and evidence-based practice.
* Ensuring both quality and financial targets are met.
* Leading the senior management team on site and developing local strategy of the service.
* Engagement with Provider Collaboratives.
* On call duties.
What you need:
* A valid nurse PIN.
* Due to this being an Interim role, we are looking for candidates with no notice, or short notice periods.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Transferrable DBS
