In this fast‑paced and varied role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring our residents, clients and internal teams receive the professional, timely and customer‑focused support they deserve.
Please note, this is a full Time position, working 37 hours per week, based in either Aylesbury or High Wycombe. This role is supporting Corporate Business Support at a Grade 1 on Buckinghamshire Pay Grade (FTE Salary of £25,151 per annum).

About the role
In this role, you will contribute to the smooth running of office and team processes by providing reliable, efficient administrative support. You will respond to enquiries, assist with information processing, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Responding effectively and professionally to enquiries from internal and external customers, escalating issues where appropriate.
2. Providing clerical and administrative assistance to support office and team functions.
3. Assisting with data entry, text input, and maintaining accurate records and information systems.
4. Supporting the production of documents, reports, and correspondence using relevant systems and software.
5. Managing incoming communications, such as telephone enquiries, emails and visitors, ensuring friendly and helpful responses.
6. Ordering stationery and equipment as required, and supporting general office resource management.
7. Working flexibly to meet service requirements and contributing to team meetings and performance standards.
About you
8. Possesses good communication skills and accurate attention to detail.
9. Knowledge and experience of taking meeting minutes.
10. Educated to GCSE / NVQ2 standard or equivalent, including in English and Maths.
11. Keen to learn and able to juggle priorities effectively, often with conflicting demands.
12. Caring and helpful and able to work as part of a team.
13. Customer focused and has a can-do attitude.
