🚨 We’re expanding our training team and we’re looking for people who care deeply about this work, whatever your job title says.
If you’re passionate about menopause & hormone health and you’ve been looking for a way to turn that into something tangible, this might be the path you’ve been waiting for.
We’re opening the next intake for our licensed Hormones on the Blink (HOTB) Training Partner Programme, starting January 2026, for both the UK and internationally.
Whether you come from health, HR, education, corporate, community, coaching, or you’re simply the person others turn to when things get real, this work is about people, not credentials.
As a HOTB Trainer, you’ll:
âś… Deliver CPD-accredited workshops to workplaces and communities
âś… Be fully trained and supported with ready-to-use materials
âś… Build your own practice using our proven framework and support systems
You don’t need a background in wellbeing.
You do need empathy, curiosity, and that sense that “someone needs to be talking about this” because that someone might be you.
📌 This is a licensed, self-employed opportunity (not salaried).
You’ll receive full CPD accreditation, business support and be part of a community of values-led changemakers.
🧠A quick note on what this involves:
Our trainers are independent educators — you’ll be growing your own practice under the HOTB brand. That means you’ll be the one reaching out to workplaces, networks, and organisations that align with your values.
We’ll equip you with the framework, materials, marketing assets, and ongoing mentorship but you’ll bring the energy, confidence, and commitment to make those conversations happen.
If you love connecting with people, starting conversations, and seeing opportunities to bring this work to life, you’ll thrive here.
If you're ready to bring this conversation into more rooms and build a business that changes lives, we’d love to hear from you.

P.S. We’re currently at capacity in the Hampshire / West Sussex region, so we’re not taking on new trainers there right now. But if you’re based elsewhere — or not sure if your area’s covered — we’d still love to hear from you.
