Person Specification
Qualifications
* GSCE level education or equivalent
* Care Certificate
Driving License
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Experience
* Relevant experience in health / social care setting or equivalent
* Inpatient rehabilitation experience
* Experience working with Stroke Survivors
IT
* Experience of using Systm One
IT
* Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook packages
Communication
* High standard or written English and verbal communication skills
Team Work
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* understanding of working with PT/OT/SLT and roles
