Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a complex, high-profile CRM implementation project from planning to go-live. This is a major transformation initiative involving the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics for CRM and Hubspot for marketing, replacing our current Raisers Edge NXT system. The successful candidate will ensure smooth integration, data migration, and adoption across the organisation, including Adult Services and Education.
This is a full-time permanent contract for 35 hours per week, home-based position, salary for this role is circa £52,000 per annum.
You will be responsible for:
1. Leading the full lifecycle of the CRM implementation project.
2. Managing internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and a Business Analyst.
3. Ensuring project governance, risk management, and budget control.
4. Driving agile delivery and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
5. Producing high-quality reporting for senior leadership and trustees.
