Cleaner - Charter Academy

Norse Cleaning Division works in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.
We have a successful relationship with Charter Academy and are looking to recruit a Cleaner on a part-time basis. You will be required to work 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 16:00 to 18:30.
The role
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
* Cleaning and maintaining designated areas—mopping, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and emptying bins.
* Building relationships with on-site clients.
* Carrying out routine checks and adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Reporting issues or defects on site.
Our Successful Candidate
Ideally, you will have previous cleaning or caretaking experience, along with:
* Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
* Confidence working independently and using your initiative.
* Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable.
