The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £26,000 – £34,000 (Depending on your current experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday Only (Strictly no weekends).
* Holiday: 30 days holiday (Including Bank Holidays), rising with service.
* The Goods: Performance‑related bonuses, free annual MOT for your own car, and a government‑backed pension.
* Training: Structured on‑the‑job training and access to dealer‑level diagnostic equipment.
* Location: Modern Dartford workshop, ideally located for those in Crayford, Bexleyheath, Greenhithe, and Gravesend.
What You Will Be Doing
* Developing Skills: Performing vehicle servicing and maintenance to high standards.
* Learning Tech: Using modern diagnostic tools to find and fix faults (with guidance).
* MOT Support: Assisting with MOT preparation and safety inspections.
* Career Building: Progressing toward your Level 3 status or becoming an MOT Tester with our backing.
* Collaboration: Maintaining accurate records and working closely with a friendly service team.
Are You The One?
* You have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a workshop.
* You are qualified to Level 2 minimum (we can help you get to Level 3).
* You are a "can‑do" person who is eager to learn and takes pride in their work.
* You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
* You are based in or near Dartford and want a stable, Monday‑to‑Friday career.
