Your new role
As an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Tax team, you will work with a diverse mix of clients, providing advice on tax compliance, tax structuring, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, international tax considerations, post-transaction restructuring, and more. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues in other teams, including M&A, private client, audit, and transfer pricing, to meet your clients' needs.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should be ATT, CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified, with experience in either a corporate or mixed tax background within a UK Accountancy firm (or within an industry role in tax). Individuals from a general practice role in the UK encompassing a significant amount of corporate tax work who wish to specialise further are also encouraged to apply.
