What you’ll be doi

• ng:Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to complet
• ionHandling a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matt
• ersWorking closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transacti
