Job Description:
The Statistical Programming Lead is an experienced Statistical Programmer with advanced knowledge of statistical programming methods, languages, and data structures. This role involves leading analysis and reporting activities and programming teams in accordance with departmental processes and procedures.
This position is responsible for planning, oversight, and delivery of statistical programming activities supporting clinical projects, compounds, and/or submissions of low to medium complexity/criticality.
The Statistical Programming Lead makes decisions and provides recommendations impacting efficiency, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. They provide leadership, direction, and technical guidance to programming teams.
As an experienced Statistical Programmer, this role applies advanced technical and problem-solving skills to complete complex programming activities that benefit multiple project teams.
* Accountable for team delivery on clinical projects of low to medium complexity.
* Coordinates and oversees programming team activities, ensuring quality and timely deliverables in compliance with processes.
* Develops detailed programming strategies and plans for clinical projects.
* Acts as section lead supporting clinical programs, compounds, or submissions.
* Reviews project requirements and documentation comprehensively.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
* Designs and develops programs for complex data analysis and reporting.
* Implements solutions to increase efficiency and quality.
* Leads or contributes to initiatives that improve deliverables across projects.
