Job Title: Technical Services Manager (Operations) Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus + benefits Overview Our client is looking for a Technical Services Manager (Operations) to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, the Technical Services Manager (Operations) will be a key member of the site-based leadership team, responsible for mechanical, electrical, and building fabric technical service delivery. The role also includes participation in the 24-hour on-call rota as part of local escalation procedures. This is a leadership position, where you will direct and motivate the site Technical Services team to deliver best practice services and ensure safe, continuous operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage maintenance teams, including specialist subcontractors, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of facilities. Coordinate site operations in line with company, contract, and local operating procedures, delivering consistent and high-quality services.
