About the Role We’re seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to own and scale Montu/Alternaleaf’s acquisition efforts in Germany - one of Europe’s fastest-growing medical cannabis markets. You’ll be our first dedicated performance marketer in the region, launching compliant multi-channel campaigns and shaping a brand-new market with strong support behind you. Montu is a global leader in medical cannabis care across the UK and Australia, now expanding into Germany with fully legal and regulated services. What You’ll Do Run and optimise performance campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram and new channels Test creatives, audiences and funnels to scale patient acquisition Analyse CAC, CTR, CVR and ROAS to drive clear, data-led decisions Build dashboards and track KPIs using GA4, Looker/Data Studio and ad platforms Manage budgets and reallocate spend based on real-time performance Work cross-functionally to ensure compliant, accurate messaging Optimise the full funnel with CRM, UX, Product and CRO teams Adapt campaigns for German cultural and regulatory nuances Support innovative growth initiatives and strategic partnerships What We’re Looking For Essential Fluent German & English 4 years running multi-channel paid campaigns Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Excellent data and optimisation skills Ability to turn insights into action Highly organised, adaptable, collaborative Passion for ethical marketing and improving patient journeys Nice to Have Experience in regulated industries Knowledge of GDPR/TTDSG Experience with affiliates or influencers Familiarity with SEO or CRO Tech Stack Google Ads · Meta Suite · TikTok Ads · GA4 · Looker/Data Studio · Surfer SEO Mailchimp · GTM · Webflow Slack · Trello/Jira Where You’ll Work Hybrid role based in Winnersh, Berkshire AND/OR London Kings Cross Mix of home and office collaboration Occasional travel for team sessions Why Join Montu?
