We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Campus Marketing Manager to lead on student-focused marketing initiatives across Europe, with a key focus on the UK. This role will be central to growing brand visibility within student communities through tailored campaigns, partnerships, and ambassador programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute regional campus marketing strategies to grow our presence among European student audiences.
* Build and expand university partnerships, with a core focus on the UK market.
* Plan and deliver creative campus campaigns that engage students and boost brand visibility.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of campus ambassadors to drive on-the-ground promotions.
* Analyse campaign performance, gather insights, and refine strategies based on data.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campus marketing with overall brand goals.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in campus marketing, ideally within a consumer-facing brand.
* Proven ability to lead ambassador programmes or manage large-scale student initiatives.
* Strong understanding of the UK university landscape and student culture.
* Creative thinker with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign success and make informed adjustments.
