Role Overview:
You will deliver engaging and imaginative Art lessons at KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to lead media-based or cross-disciplinary projects. Students enjoy art, and their work is regularly displayed throughout the school and community.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, teach, and assess a varied Art curriculum across different media

Guide students in developing their portfolios and artistic identity

Use sketchbooks, exhibitions, and critique to support visual thinking
*
Lead or support an art club, exhibitions, and school-wide arts events
*
Contribute to whole-school events with cross-departmental collaboration
Ideal Candidate:
*
Degree in Art & Design or related subject; QTS required
*
A belief in the value of inclusive arts education
*
Experience or interest in photography, ceramics, or digital media welcome
*
Excellent organisational skills and a student-centred approach
