Business Consultant
The purpose of the role is to establish effective relationships and business plans with Brokers to develop sufficient business to meet individual and franchise objectives. To support the development of new Broker relationships to extend the footprint of the franchise and the commercial success of the business.
What you'll be doing:
* Delivering positive and effective maintenance of existing Broker relationships to add value and achieve targets
* Undertaking administrative duties in accordance with established processes, recording all information accurately using the appropriate systems
* Ensuring standards are met and the governance framework adhered to, to maintain service levels and control requirements
* Developing new relationships with R.I’S/ Brokers to inspire them to partner with our client to deliver for their clients.
* Responding to sales enquiries to ensure the Broker/client’s requirements are met
* Contributing to design and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns to stimulate improved brand awareness and increased revenue production
What we're looking for:
1. Proven experience in financial services (i.e. protection, health, investment knowledge), and/or business development.
2. Minimum education Graduate-level or equivalent qualification
