Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 3–5 years
Location: London
Salary: £90-100k DOE
The Role:
An exciting role for a Private Client Solicitor to join a high-calibre team focused on international matters. You will handle a broad mix of private client work involving cross-border tax planning and structuring for international families and individuals. The workload will include:
• Advising on pre-immigration planning, the remittance basis of taxation, and the statutory residence test
• Structuring estate plans and family governance strategies for international clients
• Advising on UK property investments and holding structures
• Working with offshore trusts, global asset protection, and tax matters
• Collaborating with other departments including corporate, family, and real estate
• Supporting the firm’s business development efforts and client growth in London
The Candidate:
You will be a technically strong Private Client Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in international tax and estate planning. You must also be able to demonstrate:
• Strong private client technical expertise and drafting skills
• Experience advising international clients or working on cross-border matters
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Language skills (Italian or French) are desirable but not essential
