What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting pupils with a range of learning styles and additional needs (ALN)
* Helping teachers bring lessons to life through practical classroom support
* Delivering focused one-to-one and small group interventions

* Creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning space
* Becoming a trusted adult presence for pupils who need consistency
