About You
You’ll have a strong background in Buying within an FMCG environment, with a proven ability to develop own‑brand products and manage branded ranges. You’ll bring a passion for great product and commercial decision‑making, as well as the ability to balance digital and in‑store experience considerations.
You’ll also bring:
11. A strong track record of negotiating annual supplier trading terms that maximise income.

Our aim is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and every colleague can help us achieve this. We encourage our people to be themselves — so even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly align, if you believe you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we’d love to hear from you!
