GSL Education are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join schools in Winton. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to provide tailored assistance to students with a range of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Responsibilities: Support children with a range of SEN needs in and outside of the classroom. Work one-to-one or in small groups to reinforce learning and build confidence. Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning plans. Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among students. Monitor and record student progress and provide constructive feedback. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with SEN, ideally in a school setting. Knowledge of autism, ADHD, and other additional learning needs. Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance are desirable. A caring, patient, and supportive approach to working with students.
