Overview
Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships at Levels 2, 4 and 5. Duties include conducting remote and face-to-face meetings and training sessions, organizing and maintaining documentation on learners' progress, and overcoming barriers to learning while adapting delivery to meet individual needs.
Responsibilities
* Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships, Levels 2, 4 and 5.
* Ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
* Conduct remote and face-to-face meetings and training sessions with learners.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners’ needs.
* Support, advise and motivate learners.
Qualifications
* Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
* Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare, ideally up to Level 5.
* Knowledge of End Point Assessment.
* Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Must be flexible with travel.
