About the Role

* Leading the Test Strategy: Define and drive the overarching test strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and risk appetite. Cover all test phases across functional and non-functional domains.
* Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensure compliance with standards, coordinate multi-vendor activities, evaluate performance, and mitigate risks.
* Managing Test Planning and Execution: Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of tests across projects, ensuring quality and readiness.
* Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders; provide updates to leadership.
* Ensuring Quality Assurance and Test Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensure audit readiness, and promote continuous improvement.
* Managing Resources and Teams: Lead and mentor test managers and professionals, assign roles, and oversee work.
* Reporting and Communication: Communicate testing objectives and outcomes; define and monitor KPIs.
* Lead and manage the testing relationship with suppliers.
* Influence software engineering disciplines to promote testing and quality frameworks.
* Be a thought leader in testing capabilities, standards, and governance, supporting sustainability and digital responsibility.
About You

Relevant Experience
* Extensive software testing and QA experience with various methodologies and tools.
* Proven project management in large-scale testing projects.
* Knowledge of SDLC, testing frameworks, automation tools, and scripting.
* Stakeholder management, including clients, vendors, internal teams, fostering inclusive environments.
* Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
* Proficiency in test reporting and documentation.
