Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support our contract operations. The role involves accurately inputting customer address details onto a carrier’s website and liaising with customers to ensure deliveries are processed efficiently and correctly.
Key Responsibilities
o Input and update customer address and delivery details accurately on the carrier’s system.
o Liaise with customers via email and telephone to confirm delivery information and resolve queries.
o Communicate with carriers to ensure successful booking and dispatch of deliveries.
o Maintain accurate records and documentation.
o Identify and correct data discrepancies in a timely manner.
o Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required.

Skills & Experience Required
* Previous administrative experience preferred.
* Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to use computer systems and online platforms efficiently.
* Good organisational skills and ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines.
