We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Case Manager to join us at Anglia Case Management
Working to cover East Anglia & London
All seniors will retain a substantial clinical case load and will retain their substantive job description as clinical case manager. In addition, they will take on the lead supervisory responsibility for other case managers within the company.
Anglia Case Management provides case management to both adults and children and young people. Most of our CYP referrals are either children with cerebral palsy or traumatic brain injury. The majority of our adult clients have suffered an acquired or traumatic brain injury, and some have other associated injuries, which compound their needs. We also take referrals for clients with other complex conditions, such as multiple MSK injuries, amputees or spinal cord injuries. We have clients who we are supporting at work or at home, and others who have profound needs requiring 24-hour support.
What you'll be working:
Full time or Part time - with minimum 3 days a week availability for case management
Working to cover East Anglia & London
Reporting to Clinical Director
Rates of pay:
Dependent on experience
What you'll be doing:
Some of the main roles and responsibilities: Provide supervision to 1-3 case manager peers, depending on the experience of those that they are designated to supervise. On the basis that more experienced case managers require less direct supervision whilst newer caser managers and assistants require more direct support.
Signpost individuals to others who may have more relevant experience, or time, to assist with a particular clinical issue, if required.
Undertake Quality Assurance on their supervisee's case management progress reports, witness statements and any other complex clinical documentation as required. Provide feedback and constructive support to optimise standards. Report any concerns to the Clinical Director.
Alert Clinical Director of any concerns in relation to the clinical competency or professional conduct of their supervisees.
Assist the Clinical Director with the appraisal of their supervisees.
Attend and contribute to clinical meetings as required.
