A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our Investigations Team as a Group Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in organizing daily tasks and providing support for critical Engine Test Failure Investigations. You will dive deep into understanding the reasons behind engines not passing the Works Acceptance Test (WAT) and implement effective solutions. Your expertise will be essential in investigating repeat non-conformances, offering technical engineering support across departments, especially Manufacturing and Assembly. You will lead engineering reviews to communicate progress and direction, make informed engineering judgments on components deviating from specifications, and continuously improve team processes. Flexibility is key, as you may need to provide technical support outside of normal working hours.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. You will manage the containment and root cause investigation of engine test failures, ensuring swift resolution.
2. You will oversee business-directed technical investigations, directly influencing the flow of non-conforming parts through the factory.
3. You will play a crucial role in the development and growth of team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
4. You will implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement within the team.
What You Bring
