Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Sales Director with a strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, including Oracle partners. This global, multi-billion-dollar Tax SaaS provider offers industry-leading Tax determination solutions worldwide, embedded in major ERP providers. As Sales Director, you will lead a team of 3 and leverage contacts with Oracle/SAP sales teams, partners, and clients to sell enterprise tax solutions.
The Strategy behind the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a robust contact base within Oracle’s sales teams and partners, focusing on selling Enterprise Tax determination to these clients. A strong ERP Financials background is essential for selling tax solutions and networking within this space.
Leverage relationships with Oracle and SAP sales and partners to generate leads and close deals in the UK & I regions. Hunt for mid to enterprise-scale deals, supported by a multi-billion-dollar business.
Develop a team focused on specific ERP providers to secure enterprise deals. Lead from the front, promoting a hunter culture.
Location: South East England, primarily London or South England. Hybrid work with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
Salary: Competitive sales director salary, variable bonuses, benefits, and vested stock options in a company nearing exit.
Your Background:
Over 10 years in senior sales roles, with a proven track record in closing enterprise deals valued between $500 million and $3 billion. Expertise in ERP Financials solutions, particularly Oracle and ideally SAP ecosystems. Experience leading teams and employing formal sales methodologies such as Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, or Sanderson. Familiarity with the UK&I territory is preferred.
As a hands-on Sales Director, you will build and lead a team of 3-4 specialists in different ERP providers, selling a third-party Tax SaaS solution that automates tax processes globally.
Ideally:
You possess a strong network of Oracle and partner contacts to develop the deal pipeline. Experience selling Tax SaaS or E-invoicing solutions is advantageous, but ERP solutions are the primary focus.
This global Tax SaaS provider is profitable, market-leading, and poised for an exit. You will influence sales practices and develop major deal pipelines within this expanding business.
