* Key Responsibilities *
Provide safe & secure transportation for individuals within our care, whilst offering a compassionate and supportive service, maintaining the highest standards of care to all. Whilst working within our secure division you will Engage in a broad spectrum of mental healthcare operations, including acute care, forensics, and support in dementia and adolescent care settings. Execute legal warrants (s135 & s136) meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Offer crucial support in ward environments, bed watches, and during court appearances, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Your PTS work you will work with patients and their families offering individualised support directed by our clinical partners. Throughout our teams you must foster clear, empathetic communication with patients, healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and other stakeholders. Maintain stringent standards of vehicle and equipment cleanliness, serviceability, and readiness. Utilise advanced technology and data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and patient care. Participate actively in PMVA and handcuff training as part of your comprehensive Secure Ambulance Technician course.
