Renewal Representative Job Description: Join Our Team as a Renewal Representative As a Renewal Representative at Sage, you'll play a key role in building strong customer relationships that drive retention and loyalty. You'll work closely with customers to make sure they're getting the most out of their products and services, supporting them to see the real value in what we offer. By taking a consultative, customer-first approach, you'll focus on understanding each customer's needs and business goals, helping them fully utilise Sage solutions while maximising the value of their investment. This is a hybrid role - 3 days in office 2 days Key Responsibilities: - Drive high adoption of Sage products and services by creating and executing adoption plans, using customer data to spot risks and reduce churn. - Increase renewal rates and retention by delivering real value that helps customers move their business forward. - Build a deep understanding of customer pain points and provide responsive, tailored solutions. - Stay up to date on Sage's full product portfolio to confidently demonstrate features and make recommendations. - Take ownership of urgent "code red" incidents, working with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver sustainable outcomes. - Act as the voice of the customer, sharing actionable feedback with internal teams to improve propositions, products, and services. - Collaborate closely with other departments, including Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, to deliver a seamless customer experience. - Keep informed on industry changes that affect both our customers and Sage's products. - Support sales teams by showcasing the value of Sage solutions and services. Skills & Experience We're Looking For - Excellent customer service skills and a passion for improving customer experience. - Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage key decision-makers. - Action-oriented, proactive, and confident in spotting opportunities and taking initiative. - A results-driven approach with the ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and deliver on commitments. - Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust style depending on the situation. - Ability to map customer business processes to Sage product capabilities. - Resilient, positive, and solution-focused when faced with challenges. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and actions. - A commitment to keeping product knowledge and skills up to date, with an interest in emerging technologies. - Solid understanding of the Accounting, Payroll, and HR industry. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
