We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Paid Media to join our Global Integrated Marketing Team. This role is in London.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Execute and manage paid media campaigns across display, social, programmatic, direct buy, and search
Maintain campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines to support accurate and timely launches
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, highlighting key trends and key takeaways
Support optimization through A/B testing, creative variations, and audience refinements
Coordinate with marketers, creative, content, and agency partners to ensure assets and campaigns are delivered on time
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field
A number of years’ experience in digital marketing, media, or analytics, with a strong emphasis on paid media execution
Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns end-to-end across multiple paid media platforms
Experience working with external media agencies and / or global marketing teams
Knowledge of, or strong interest in, ad tech, digital measurement, and emerging advertising tools
Strong analytical skills with ability to work in spreadsheets and familiarity with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with attention to detail and accuracy
Financial services or B2B marketing experience is a plus
