Account Executive – Health and Life Sciences
Location: London, Brighton, Manchester or Macclesfield, UK. This hybrid role may include working from home.

This dynamic and fast‑paced role offers the opportunity to develop a complete integrated skill set while working with some of the world’s biggest healthcare companies. You will be involved in creating and delivering powerful communications strategies, eye‑catching design, print, social and digital media, and other integrated campaign aspects.
A typical day might include:
* Working with the team to determine daily priorities.
* Attending and scheduling client status calls, updating status trackers, circulating meeting agendas, and summarising call notes.
* Supporting timeline creation and written briefs for various marketing materials.
* Managing smooth delivery of multiple assets and materials, briefing internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating with in‑house designers.
* Collaborating with strategists, medics and creatives to conceive ideas that inspire behaviour change.
* Supporting client account management, ensuring seamless service, including meeting/diary management, clear and prompt emails, timely delivery of meeting summaries, adherence to deadlines, and careful proofing.
* Researching and brainstorming ideas to create award‑winning programmes.
* Supporting project management teams by tracking multiple projects/requirements.
* Willingness to learn or prior experience with client‑supplied platforms such as Veeva.
About you:
* Experience working within a Marcomms agency, ideally in health or pharma.
* Proactively engaging with new people daily, building connections to understand challenges, solve problems, and deliver effective solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, able to prioritise workload and take pride in your work.
* Team player willing to learn, get stuck in, and focus on practical solutions.
* Science related degree and/or strong interest in a career within pharma/healthcare marketing.
