Job Title – Accounts Assistant Reports To – Management Accountant Full time - 8:30am - 5:00pm £13,50 per hour Location – Wakefield office on a hybrid working basis 2/3 office days per week Main purpose of the role is to work as an Accounts Assistant to provide support to the Finance team. Key Accountabilities: * Raising sales invoices. * Bank transaction processing and daily reconciliation * Oversee and manage email inboxes to address customer queries effectively * Assisting with the processing & timely payment of purchase ledger invoices and monthly employee expenses * Assisting with purchase ledger payment runs * Any other related duties as reasonably required For the role you will be able to demonstrate: * Good attention to detail * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Able to proactively prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines * Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels * Hybrid working arrangement – 2/3 days in the office per week
