Tesco Colleague - Broughton Chester Extra. Join to apply for the Tesco Colleague - Broughton Chester Extra role at Tesco. Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12) as well.
The availability windows show the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule contracted hours within these times and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. We are happy to support flexibility if your available times don’t match exactly.

Responsibilities
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; delivering great natural service.
* Being passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
* Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
* Applying training to work safely, effectively and to serve customers brilliantly.
* Making decisions that are right for customers and delivering store routines that meet customer needs at the right time.
* Participating in seasonal, community and charity events to create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Understanding store performance and how you contribute to driving service, sales, reducing waste and delivering profit.
* Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
* Being yourself, living our values, making everyone feel welcome and following policies.
* Occasionally accepting deliveries into the store.
