Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Communicate effectively with logistics, operations, finance, and sales teams to deliver seamless service. Develop strong relationships with customers and understand their specific requirements. Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor service performance, report on key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate records and support ongoing process enhancements. About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational ability. Comfortable working with data, reporting, and Microsoft Office systems. Proactive, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities. Experience within logistics, transport, or a customer service environment is advantageous.
