You will work in a supportive environment, helping children either 1:1 or in small groups. Your day-to-day will involve: Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support. Assisting with engaging classroom activities and implementing Education Plans. Fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Collaborating with teachers and therapists to track student progress. Being a consistent source of motivation and encouragement.
