Role Description
The Lettings Negotiator is a full-time, on-site position based in York. The role involves managing landlord and tenant relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing property listings, liaising with clients, handling property-related inquiries, and collaborating with team members to achieve business goals. Ensuring effective communication and delivering exceptional customer service are essential for this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in landlord/tenant matters and a strong understanding of property management.
* Experience and knowledge in estate agency processes and property-related services.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with clients, tenants, and team members.
* Strong expertise in customer service with a focus on delivering positive client experiences.
* Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and meet business objectives.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in handling property agreements and documentation.
* Knowledge of the York property market is a plus.
* Valid driver’s license and access to personal transport is advantageous.
