Senior Care Assistant
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with seniors, their families, and the care team
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Provide hands-on care and support to residents with daily activities
* Administration of medication to residents
* Supervise and mentor junior care staff
* Drive initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided
* Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care or a related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with seniors and their families
- Proficiency in IT systems used for care documentation
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
- Certification in senior care or relevant training is a plus
