Maintenance Coordinator
A privately owned but well established property developer who focus on the Build-to-Rent sector are looking to appoint a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team to deliver customer excellence and instruct maintenance requests for their portfolio of properties across the Northwest.
Working closely with the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering a professional service to customers throughout their defect period, dealing with customer concerns received by telephone or written communication, coordinating remedial works and appointing contractors to deal with any snagging or defects that arise in their homes, in a timely and professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receive, review and log all reported maintenance issues from the lettings team and residents.
2. Troubleshoot maintenance calls in the first instance before instructing follow on work.
3. Keep all parties up to date with progress and follow up on status with Maintenance Manager.
4. Arrange maintenance access as instructed by Maintenance Manager.
5. Organise contractors when required.
6. Maintain details of all Out of Hours requests in conjunction with the Lettings and Maintenance team and update the Out of Hours company on a regular basis of any changes.
