About this role: Reporting to the Stores Manager and working in a fast-paced stores alongside two other stores assistants the key function will be ensure timely kitting, picking and packing of orders for despatch and goods inward tasks including receiving palletised goods and small boxed deliveries. Responsibilities Receiving and quality checking goods inwards 5-10 deliveries per day and locating stock in correct location on racking. Picking and packing small and medium sized spares orders for despatch in accordance with pick Picking and packing large system orders into shipping Assisting with daily cycle counts under the guidance of the Stores Preferred Skills: Previous experience working in a manual warehouse role Picking and packing experience in a distribution environment Experience of goods in/goods out Forklift training desirable but not essential Training provided to candidates with a positive attitude to learning and a keen interest in working in a warehouse Good level of numeracy and literacy Qualifications & Educational requirements: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Full UK driving licence Proven experience working in a store’s environment would be preferred but not essential Strong process mindset and confidence to challenge requests outside of the process Good standard of spoken and written English and sound numerical skills Attention to detail What’s in it for you: This is a full-time position with competitive compensation package, excellent benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance. ipTEST also provides additional benefits including an Employee Assistance Program, Social events, and so much more!
