MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure that our customers are provided with a very efficient and professional service at all times. That the Restaurant is presented and manned accordingly to provide excellent hospitality and customer care. To lead by example and be an ambassador for the hotel when on duty.
To maintain a consistently good service to our customers through our staff and by being available at peak times.
Take time to speak to our guests to make them feel welcome and relaxed.
Act immediately to rectify complaints, discussing with Manager/supervisor to ensure that the customer leaves the hotel satisfied and willing to return.
Your must be able to drive due to the hotels rural location, evenings and weekend work will be expected.
Directly responsible to: Restaurant Manager/ Restaurant Supervisor
Experience preferred but training and mentoring provided as part of an enthusiastic team.
