Vacancy: People Systems Analyst Closing date: Thursday 19 June 2025 Shortlisting: Friday 20 June 2025 Proposed Interview date: Thursday 26 June 2025 Salary: £ 39,199.70 Fixed Term until 31/05/2026 About the vacancy: We are looking to hire a People Systems Analyst to join our People team providing essential iTrent support. This role is vital in responding to second line queries, system enhancements, supporting with the testing and rolling out of iTrent upgrades, reporting and following our merger in April you will need to assist with the data migration from one system to another. As a People Systems Analyst you will work with colleagues in the people department and key stakeholders across Hedyn to ensure we are fully utilising the people systems and data to inform whether we are delivering efficient, effective and customer focussed people solutions, which will enable positive business outcomes. As a member of the people department, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the people plan and in driving cultural and organisational change to achieve the associations strategic priorities. Specifically, in the role you will: Assist the People Systems, Data & CI Lead in the developing of the people systems, including scoping requirements, designing, developing and implementing ensuring workflows and automation, wherever possible, to reduce manual intervention, duplication and waste work Develop system process map for the colleague life cycle with clear roles and responsibilities for people team, finance and line managers looking at it from a continuous improvements and efficiencies perspective Build and constantly review the data set, trends, reports and dashboards to ensure it meets the people department and business need ensuring the data is informing business decisions and not just sitting on a shelf Develop and coach managers and leaders to build capabilities and empower them, so they embrace the required culture and behaviour changes Manage specific business projects in your areas and participate in corporate projects Be Business savvy, understand the business, the financials and the risks and opportunities Provide insight, connections, flexibility and innovative solutions to business issues.
