Through the amazing news that one of the team is about to welcome her own beautiful baby into the world, we are currently looking to recruit a “Engagement & Communications Manager” on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Role
The role of Engagement & Communications Manager (12mth FTC)
Through engagement survey data, listening groups and other forms of insights, this role will compose and orchestrate cross function and appealing strategies that enhance colleague engagement, internal communications and workplace culture. This role will ensure colleagues feel valued, supported, inclusive and continually connected and enthused around Our Purpose, our values and vision for future growth. This is a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to many colleagues.

Responsibilities
* Orchestrate cross-functional and engaging internal communications strategies to enhance colleague engagement and workplace culture.
* Utilize engagement survey data, listening groups and other insights to inform communication and engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate across levels and channels to ensure messages are valued, inclusive and connected to Our Purpose and values.
Qualifications
* Experience in internal communications with a track record of driving employee engagement.
* Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and channels.
