What You&©ll Do: As the Course Leader for our Retail Enterprise programme, you&©ll: Design and deliver a creative, engaging curriculum that builds employability and life skills. Teach the Entry Level 3 Gateway Preparation for Employment qualification, alongside Functional Skills in English and Maths. Support learners with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans), tailoring your approach to meet individual needs and goals. Collaborate with a passionate team of educators and support staff to ensure every student thrives. Track and celebrate progress, contribute to annual reviews, and help learners transition to further opportunities like supported internships. What We&©re Looking For: A qualified teacher (or working towards qualification) with a degree or equivalent. Experience working with learners with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
