Join a global media organisation that owns and operates some of the most iconic brands in publishing, radio, and digital content.
They’re now hiring a Customer Data Analyst to join their Audio Division, helping to drive audience insight and shape smarter decisions across marketing, competitions, and content strategy.
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
* Analyse audience behaviour across platforms to identify trends, preferences, and engagement drivers
* Work on exciting projects like audience segmentation, competition targeting, and campaign performance
* Help inform strategies to grow listener bases and improve digital reach
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver impactful insights
* Support A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate new initiatives
* Communicate findings in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical teams
🛠️ What you’ll need:
* Solid experience in SQL for querying and analysis
* Strong understanding of customer or product analytics
* Exposure to A/B testing or working in a test-and-learn environment
* Strong data storytelling skills – you can turn numbers into narratives
* Curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
* Experience in media, digital, or even gambling industries is a nice bonus
