About the Role
Lock Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of new restaurant openings, refurbishments, and reimage projects across the UK.
Working closely with the Head of Project Management & Construction, you will play a key role in keeping multiple projects on track, ensuring timelines are met, and enabling seamless collaboration between internal teams, franchise partners, and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Support coordination of new restaurant openings, refurbishments, and reimage projects
* Track project timelines, milestones, and overall progress
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
* Coordinate with internal teams including Development, Construction, Operations, Procurement, and Finance
* Liaise with external stakeholders such as landlords, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
* Assist with equipment ordering, logistics, and delivery schedules
* Identify potential risks and support project reporting and updatesContribute to process improvements to enhance project efficiency
