Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for creating exceptional spaces? We’re looking for someone to lead high-value construction and refurbishment projects across Scotland, delivering stylish hospitality and accommodation environments from concept to completion.
This role is based in Kilmarnock, Scotland.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing new-build and refurbishment projects valued at £2m+
* Leading projects from feasibility through to handover
* Overseeing budgets, procurement, and contract administration
* Coordinating with directors, design teams, and contractors
* Ensuring compliance with planning, building regulations, licensing, H&S, and sustainability standards
* Driving collaboration across internal and external teams
* Chairing meetings, leading site inspections, and resolving issues
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in hospitality, leisure, or accommodation project management
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to balance creative design with commercial realities
* Organised, detail-focused, and proactive approach
* Willingness to travel across Scotland and attend HQ/project sites

* Appreciation for interior design and customer experience
* Formal qualifications (RICS, CIOB, Prince2 or equivalent)
