Core Responsibilities
Your day:to:day duties will include:

Supervising Pupils: Taking sole charge of classes (typically key stages 3 and 4) to ensure pupils remain engaged with the provided material.

Delivery of Work: Clearly explaining the pre:set tasks and managing the distribution/collection of resources.
*
Managing Behaviour: Applying the schools behaviour protocols effectively and respectfully.
*
Administrative Duties: Recording pupil attendance and reporting significant incidents to senior staff.
*
Supporting Learning: Providing general assistance regarding the set work (not acting as a subject specialist).
