Software Support Consultant/IT Support Specialist/1st/2nd line – Bristol/Central
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 plus flexible options
My client is a leading Bristol-based IT services provider and cloud solution provider. This dynamic company is looking to expand their technical team and have a vacancy for an additional Technical Support Specialist/Software Support Consultant.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st/2nd line IT support in a busy IT environment.
* Support knowledge of Microsoft Teams or VOIP (SaaS); knowledge of Office 365 is advantageous.
* Ideally experienced across the board in all areas of office networks.
* Experience with current Managed Service Provider environments is advantageous.
* Demonstrate a hard-working approach and desire to develop in a scale-up business, with a natural ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
Qualifications
* Previous IT technical support experience gained in a busy IT environment.
* Any knowledge of Microsoft Teams or VOIP (SaaS) is beneficial; Office 365 advantageous.
* Experience across office networks is preferred.
* Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is advantageous.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to develop in cloud/SaaS support.
