We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director Planning to join Norgine.
The core responsibilities of the of the Associate Director of Planning:
• Create and lead the Centre of Excellence for Integrated Business Planning
• Deliver an integrated business planning process to ensure we have the right information at the right time to support better decision-making.
• Implement tools and processes to increase Norgine's capacity and asset planning/optimisation capabilities. This includes the potential implementation of an E2E planning system
• Develop planning capabilities across the supply chain to deliver agile and flexible solutions to support Norgines growth strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Participate to the design and delivery of Supply Chain Strategy for Norgine.
• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the sales and operations planning processes across the extended Supply Chain.
• Lead the operational implementation of a new E2E planning system, (pending business case approval)
• Optimise costs across the supply chain whilst continuing to meet customers' needs.
• Integrate and synchronise the S&OP cycle to create one agreed set of numbers that underpins the Norgine business planning process (0-5 years). Coordinating across commercial, finance and manufacturing.
• Develop an analytics/scenario modelling capability providing timely and accurate insight to support decision-making.
• Optimise use of available capacity across the network to balance profitability and service.Leading network capacity reviews ensuring Norgine secures capacity to support future business ambition.
• Accountable for optimising inventory levels across the supply chain. Agreeing inventory strategy and managing working capital in line with business expectations.
• Responsible for integration of new business into Norgine quickly and efficiently
• Lead and/or provide support as appropriate to strategic projects across the business e.g. Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain Segmentation, Flexible Planning solutions etc. Managing timeline and budget for delivery.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
* Knowledge and practical use of up-to-date supply chain management practices.
* Excellent leadership and change management capabilities: Ability to lead, own and champion the forecasting process, and supply chain planning process across the organisation to ensure awareness and understanding.
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills based on evidence and data.
* Able to demonstrate clear and measurable improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Ideally previous experience in Planning System Implementation
